The 67th Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod takes place from Tuesday 9th – Sunday 14th July 2013.

Each July, more than 4,000 musicians, singers, and dancers from around the globe come to Llangollen to perform at one of the world’s most colourful festivals with its unique Spirit of Peace and Goodwill. Why not join them? Dancers, Instrumentalists, Choirs, Soloists… there’s a competition for everyone at the Eisteddfod, with around 50 countries represented each year. And the Llangollen experience isn’t limited to the stage – competitors take part in a spectacular street parade and join in the festival atmosphere around the Eisteddfod Field. International performers are invited to take part in the evening concerts featuring world-class artists.This music and cultural event is held annually, for 67 years at Llangollen, in the Royal Pavilion, and attracted over 56,000 last year.

WCC has the largest crafts presence here, with an aluminium and wooden-floored open fronted marquee alongside the main thoroughfare.
