Nearly 25,000 visitors attended the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society’s first major event of the year, the Spring Festival, confirming its status as one of the most popular weekend attractions in Wales showcasing smallholding, gardening and sustainable living, established in 2007. A record attendance of 26,026 people in 2011 at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society’s Spring Festival for smallholders and gardeners and those interested in a sustainable way of living has confirmed its status as one of the most popular attractions in Wales.
The varied and diverse attractions of this Festival offers the perfect day out for the whole family; the best for shopping, food, flowers, crafts, rare breed animals, competitions, children’s entertainment and arena displays.
It is now a firmly established event in the Wales Craft Council and the Royal Welsh
Calendar, and has developed rapidly since the first Festival 13 years ago. As well as the other regular features such as the Farmers Market in the Food Hall, the Live
Entertainment in the Bandstand, and the numerous and varied trade stands, including Wales Craft Council in the CLA pavilion.
In its beautiful setting in the heart of Mid Wales on the outskirts of the market town of Builth Wells, this Festival enjoys a reputation of having a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
WCC will be opposite the bandstand, in the Country Landowners Association Pavilion again.

Exhibitor Info – Small Holders & Garden Festival RWAS
We will have a big clear-span marquee extension to the rear, which has good natural light and a suspended wooden floor. Tables and chairs not included. The CLA pavilion is small and cosy, and can be a little dark, so it is advisable to book electrics for lighting etc, although we do put up fluorescent strip lights. The pavilion is also on the main routes in and out, so even with the horrendous weather previously it is always still a good show. The pavilion has its own toilets and facilities for tea and coffee etc. We are on the RWAS map and WCC take extra advertising to let the public know that we are there. Some of the annual customers that we get at this event only come to the Smallholders and Garden Festival and therefore you are reaching a whole new audience from the RWAS Summer Show and the RWAS Winter Fair
